Quick Project Start

The necessity to put a system into commercial operation as quickly as possible frequently leads to the fact that a quick start of the project becomes a matter of critical importance to companies ordering independent quality assessment of their software products.

Unlike very big companies Qulix QA is not entangled in red tape – we respond to incoming requests within 1 – 2 working hours. We can contact you by post, phone, email, live chat or even in person in order to provide requested information.

Once a request has been reviewed and accepted, project start moves through four short stages:

  • Task-setting

    During this stage we conduct preliminary study of the project, collect information, define a range of supposed tasks, and obtain necessary project documentation. On the average, it takes a few hours to complete this stage. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed to ensure smooth exchange of confidential data.

  • Project review and proposal submission

    After all the necessary data has been collected Qulix QA specialists will estimate project effort and cost and submit a business proposal. The document will contain a detailed proposal concerning stages of the project, and our vision of project strategy and organizational structure. Project review may take from several hours to three days in case of large scale systems testing requests.

  • Proposal consideration and discussion of project details

    Subsequent to the consideration of our proposal, and discussion of project strategy and organizational structure, a customer is free to work out additional details and state their preferences. We will draw up a final budget, work out project schedule, and choose a team as soon as an across-the-board agreement has been reached.

  • Signing of an agreement and project start

    Further to the concluded agreements we sign a contract drafted by either of the parties. The project is started right away after the contract has been signed or else according to the project schedule. If extra time is required for contract analysis, the project may be started by letter of commitment.

In about 18% of cases it took us just one work day to start a project!
